The opening of the new Pet Superstore on the corner of Enterprise St & Inglis Court will enable Vet Cross to go that one step further in offering everything your pet will need from the one handy location.

Customers will be able to take advantage of the experience and knowledge of our staff to gain the benefit of veterinary recommendations on all our products. Whether you have a dog, cat, horse or cow we will have something for your pet from diet to toys and accessories to vet lines. Vet Cross feels this unique pet store environment will further our ongoing commitment to your pet

Vet Cross is passionate about promoting animal welfare in the community and believes the key is ensuring pets are de-sexed, vaccinated and micro-chipped when they are re-homed. This is why we support the RSPCA and why we are happy to announce the opening of the Vet Cross/RSPCA Adoption Centre as part of the new store.

Our aim is to provide another central location, so more good homes can be found for the many animals the RSPCA have to re-home on a regular basis. The centre will be cost free to the RSPCA with all proceeds from adoption sales going to this great charity

Vet Cross will be there to offer professional advice for pets re-homed at the adoption centre, making new owners ‘the owners their pets would choose’

A purpose built Doggy Day Spa is also a part of the new store, designed for the care and comfort of your pet. All Vet Cross groomers are veterinary nurses experienced in animal health and handling, meaning not only will your pet look great but they will be in experienced and safe hands.

The facility has an admission room where you can discuss first hand what you would like for your pet and a separate clipping parlour. There is also a room to house the new Hydro-bath that will give your pet an invigorating bath before their blow-dry.

We are excited about our new Pet Superstore and the many benefits it offers our valued owners in Bundaberg. The staff look forward to partnering with you to be:

The vets and owners your pets would choose.
